Since the very beginning of Florida Attorneys Liability in July 2010, Ruthann DeJong has played an essential role in its success. As a full-time agent overseeing the Florida office from the day its doors opened on October 1, 2010, she has proudly served law firms across the entire state.

With a deep commitment to client service, Ruthann specializes in helping attorneys and their staff understand their professional liability coverage—ensuring they not only have the protection they need, but also the confidence of knowing exactly what their policies include. From lawyer’s professional liability and cybercrime coverage to title agent liability for firms with affiliated title companies, she takes pride in tailoring solutions that fit the unique needs of every practice.

A native Floridian, Ruthann is guided by her faith and deeply rooted in her love for family. She is the proud mother of three grown children and a devoted grandmother to three grandchildren, who are the joy of her life. When she’s not working, you can find her cheering on the sidelines at football and baseball games on Florida’s beautiful west coast.
